The Brand Collaboration Checklist

1. Research: Get to know the brand inside out. Understand their values, target audience, previous collaborations, and overall vibe. This knowledge will guide your pitch and content creation.

2. Email Pitch: Craft a personalized pitch that showcases your uniqueness and aligns with the brand's vision. Make it engaging, concise, and impossible to resist. 4.  Proposal: Because you use my pitch and the brand responded to you they're going to ask your ideas, especially if this is a paid collaboration. Present a detailed proposal to the brand, outlining your content plan, posting schedule, and any deliverables you're offering.

5. Negotiate Terms: Discuss compensation, product exchange, usage rights, and any other contractual details. Ensure both parties are on the same page before moving forward. More on negotiation in my next email!

6. Timelines: Set clear deadlines for content creation, review, and posting. Make sure you write this down or put it in your calendar. Do not forget this day do not make your content late. 8. Review and Approval: Share your content with the brand for review. Be open to their feedback and make necessary adjustments if required. Then post.

9. Follow up: When you post send the brand an email letting them know that the content is live and a link to the content for easy accessibility. You can also include key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the collaboration – whether it's likes, shares, comments, or website clicks.
